Welcome each season with Jess and Kaytee. Together, we’ll set our intentions, explore seasonally specific practices, and harness the magic of each Equinox and Solstice. Each class in this series will be unique, informed by the seasons. Guided by the teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Astrology, Jess and Kaytee provide a deep well of wisdom and understanding to learn from.

In this class series you are invited to:
– Welcome each Equinox and Solstice with community
– Participate in building a community seasonal altar
– Engage in seasonally specific intention setting, pranayama, asana, mantra, meditation and sound
