Welcome to the Quiet Practice – a meditative and restorative practice that opens the body on the subtlest level and teaches you mindfulness.

This workshop will focus on understanding what is Yin Yoga, how to practice it and delve deeper into its meditative qualities. We will learn about the benefits on a physical level – how it affects organ health, as well as on a mindful level – learning to still the mind and learning to meditate.

Open to all level students seeking to explore, balance and live their Yoga!
