This 20 hour Yin + Restorative Training will focus on the Summer season : how to balance oneself within the fiery season.

When the fire element is in balance the heart is strong and healthy, and the time is prime to focus on changes in life regarding growth, joy and spiritual awareness.

Theme: Innate Joy
Philosophy: Panchamayakosha – opening to innate Joy of Being
Anatomy: Musculature System and Fascia
Skill/ Inquiry: Daily routine – taking care and nourishing oneself in the fiery season of summer
Meridian/ Organ: Heart and Small Intestine

This training covers the foundations of Yin Yoga- from its history, to the energetic of Qi, and guiding principles on how to practice Yin Yoga. Specific attention will be focused on the summer season and nourishing the heart and small intestines in order to not only cool the physical body and all it’s summertime symptoms of heartburn, indigestion, but as well the emotional over exuberance and sometimes chaotic disharmony.

This training covers Restorative Yoga, with focus on the difference between Yin + Restorative Yoga, methodology of practice, prop management and the meditative qualities we experience within these Wisdom Practices.

A hybrid Training: offered by your choice of in-person or zoom.
