Yin, Meditation, + Sound Bath Healing

In this Winter Yin practice, Qi will be stimulated to restore vitality and harmony with a practice focusing on Kidneys and UrinaryBladder, the primary organs most affected by the cold, dry season. The Yin Yoga practice will encourage full circulation of the back line of the body, especially the spine and the lower back around the kidneys, and this will replenish our vital energy.
We are then ready to enter an acoustic sound healing journey to relax the body, clear the subconscious, calm the mind, and activate your body’s natural healing systems. A planetary tuned gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other instruments are used to create a sound healing experience that vibrates and activates every cell in your body, clearing and retuning your energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
