Learn more about healthy living in relation to the winter season. As the coldest months are ahead, deep nourishment, rest, and warmth are essential to our vitality. Explore a holistic view of what yin means off of the yoga mat and dive into the ayurvedic guidelines of the kapha season. Blending yoga, herbs, food, and meditations, for better rest, bone and kidney nutrition, and warmth in the body, heart, and spirit. There will be an intermittent yoga practice and meditation, recipes to take home, herbal education, and hands on learning.
