What is Transformation Meditation?
Transformation Meditation is a scientifically oriented practical application of meditation techniques. It includes the understanding of how the mind and body react to stress and how meditation philosophy and practice can be applied to everyday life to improve overall health and productivity, and unfold inner peace.
Foundation Series
If you have never meditated or if you have tried and found it difficult to continue your practice, this course is for you. It will include the theory of meditation, effective techniques and practice time.
Meditation can not be learned from a book or a tape. It requires an experienced teacher who can guide you in your progress.
The Foundation Series is a 5 Class Workshop for beginners focused on the following:
- Breathing Techniques
- Eight Step Meditation Practice
- How to Transform Tension and Stress into Relaxation and Ease
- How to Stop Worrying and Enjoy Your Life
- Various Meditation Techniques
- Progressive Deep Relaxation Technique
- Mantra Meditation
