This series will encourage you to work with the seasonal changes and cycles of your life. Class will start with 30 minutes of herbal education, a forecast of the sequence and why, and some time for Q&A. Then we will melt into a 1½ hour yin practice! A YIN practice includes mostly floor positions with 3-5 mins of deep stretch along meridians. Brandi will encourage you to get some tea pre-class from a local herb store so you can enjoy the tea and combine it with experiential learning, although this is optional.
Making all 4 classes is ideal to benefit from making this a seasonal practice and integrating this into your yoga on & off the mat. You will be given lots of time with yourself to tune in and listen to the understory of your body. This series may likely reduce stress and restore energy, thereby, boosting the immune system and aiding with overall health.
