Sacred Guatemalan Cacao Ceremony with Kirtan & Dance

Join Loren Lotus with Lotus Retreats, David Overholt enchanting us on guitar & vocals, and our community in Austin to share the experience. Whether you’re new to this type of activity or a seasoned ceremony & ecstatic dancer!
Cacao is a powerful, gentle facilitator for a heart opening experience. For decades it’s medicine has been used for healing the throat and heart chakra while connecting with divinity. It’s delicious, nourishing and therapeutic for our energetic, physical & spiritual bodies! We will be using this sacred plant as a catalyst for tapping into creative expression through movement and mantra as well as a source of connection to ourselves, our community & spirit within.
Kirtan, chanting mantra and the divine names of deities open our throat chakra and connect our hearts in divine union. We will sing devotional music and dance in ceremony as the cacao fuels our heart centers.
