Pitta Pacifying Restorative Workshop

Give your body and mind a break from the heat of Pitta Season (summer) as we l cover the basics of how the nervous system operates and discuss the benefits of a Restorative practice. Next, using props for long-held postures and therapeutic stretches, let your body release deeply-held layers of tension as you are guided into a restorative meditation.
