In this workshop, we will explore the impact of pelvic engagement to your everyday posture, and your yoga asana practice. Pelvic floor weakness, pelvis misalignment, and pelvis tilt causes numerous issues in your body, such as joint pain, bad posture, and imbalances.
Through both static and dynamic movement, you will learn how to activate and engage pelvic floor and surrounding muscles, and self-heal pelvis misalignment and pelvic tilt.
