Join Stacie and Cindy as we create a compassionate environment for you to connect with your inner voice, to examine your core values, and to empower you to live in a way that brings you joy.
This workshop will consist of a 90 – minute slow flow asana practice that is designed to cultivate openness and to encourage personal exploration followed by some sweet restorative poses to relax the body and mind. After practice, we will engage with writing exercises and discussion that are intended to examine the ways in which we may be neglecting ourselves, and through meditation we will reconnect with our inner voice.
