How to Get Awesome At Yoga: Part II

The first time Zoe offered this worktop it was such a hit, she’s doing it again! Come back for more, or come for the first time and know that it’ll be awesome!

This workshop will tackle yoga from a mind-body-spirit approach. Zoe is an anatomy and alignment expert who can make even the most challenging poses approachable by offering step-by-step tips to make poses that used to seem hard, easier for your body. She’ll also up-level your breathing and meditation game by giving you tools you can use to focus and quiet the mind. Her workshops have been described as bite-sized teacher trainings that are accessible for all levels and take your practice to the next level, no matter where you are starting from. Bring your questions; bring the poses that challenge you; bring your requests and Zoe will help you tackle whatever is presenting a challenge to you on your mat. Expect a full-spectrum practice including core-work, arm balances, inversions and backbends, as well as seated and supine poses for restoration. Expect to try some fresh variations and new takes on the classics that maybe you haven’t known how to approach until NOW!
