Dream Circle

Join us at Practice Yoga for a Dream Circle meeting. Gioconda facilitates these meetings from a Transpersonal Psychology perspective, work she encountered during her graduate studies at Sophia University. She has facilitated this work in the past, and is excited to bring it back to Practice Yoga Austin. If you have a dream you would like to work with, write it out and bring the written format with you. We don’t always get to every dream, and you don’t have to bring a dream to participate.
