A Weekend with Darren Rhodes

Learn both practical and nuanced alignment techniques to power and progress your practice, please practice. Along with the mainstream, this intensive also playfully explores the more seldom seen poses (all of which are more doable than they are difficult).
The full spectrum morning sessions focus on standing poses and backbends.
Each morning session will be a different sequence. The afternoon sessions cover a wide variety of forward folds, twists, and arm balances. Each afternoon session will be similar yet distinct from the other.
Please note: this All Levels workshop is suitable for anyone without significant injuries or limitations.
Pithy teacher training: 2:00pm-5:00pm
Download unique teaching techniques that hone asana-articulation (asana=pose). You will be able to apply what you gain in the classes you teach effective immediately.
Open to all hatha yoga teachers.
About Darren
Darren Rhodes has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson, Arizona since 1999.
