What’s your path as a modern warrior? And what obstacles in your path distract from your potential to embody that powerful incarnation?
Let’s explore these questions together. We’ll share in the myth of Vihrabadra and move through a vinyasa “warrior practice” together in a chance to embody and connect to our own warrior ways. Then we’ll slow down and integrate through constructive rest and stillness. The best of all worlds!
