200 Hour YTT (Thursday Track)
What are the benefits of the Thursday Track?
This longer format weeknight track is geared to those who have a busy schedule with full-time jobs, children, social engagements, etc. It also allows for the slow absorption of knowledge; one has the luxury of time to savor all the new information.
The long format also comes in clutch for extra practice teaching time! We are one of the only studios that prepares you to teach an hour long yoga class by the end of your teacher training.
You may choose to join us either in-person or by zoom!
Or connect with us first by emailing marnie.castor@gmail.com with any questions you have!
