After much demand, I am excited to announce that I will be offering my second basics workshop!
If you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, this workshop will be a perfect way to help you build a better understanding of the how’s and why’s behind yoga asana so that you can have a strong, safe, and enjoyable yoga practice for life.
This 2-hour workshop will take fundamental yoga poses that you typically see in a yoga class and approach each one by dissecting it and explaining the alignment principles and biomechanics behind it. Each pose we explore will be a prerequisite to another so that there is a methodical way to achieve proper form as we approach more advanced poses like handstand or other arm balances.
Note: If you attended the last basics workshop, we will do a quick revision of what was covered and continue moving through the asana spectrum so that there is something new and familiar for everyone to learn.
