What are the benefits of taking the Thursday Track TT?
- The long format is geared to those who have a busy schedule with full time jobs, children, social engagements, etc. It is hard to carve out 200 hours in one chunk of time.
- The long format is geared to enable a person to pay in installments; Not all of us can pay the full price for a training up front. We can work out a payment plan that suits your needs.
- The long format class also allows for the slow absorption of knowledge; one has the luxury of time to savor all the new information (and there is A LOT of information.)
What are the benefits of taking a Teacher Training in General?
- At the end of the Teacher Training, you will be recognized as a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. You can begin teaching.
- Even if you don’t want to teach, you will deepen your yoga practice and get a greater understanding of what the science and art of yoga is.
- Teacher training is a deeply satisfying experience; you grow and you learn a lot about YOURSELF. It is a gift that you not only give to yourself, but you also share it with other people. The study of yoga is a lifelong journey. It doesn’t expire.
