Yogi's Guide to the Enneagram

The Bhagavad Gita describes yoga as “The journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” If you’re setting out on this journey, you need a map. The Enneagram (also known as the Enneagram of Personalities) is more than just another personality typing system, it serves as a map of your inner world and a guide to your truest self. Join Abi Robins for a two day workshop experience on Saturday, December 2nd and Sunday December 3rd.This workshop will give you a deeper understanding of yourself and those around you, helping you set a course toward personal growth and ever-expanding compassion.

Day One: This two hour workshop is perfect for anyone who’s interested in learning more about yoga and/or the enneagram and how they work together. You’ll learn your enneagram number, how your personality type affects your practice, and how you can orient yourself to practice more effectively.

Day Two: Take your understanding of the Enneagram and Yoga the next level and explore the deepest parts of yourself through your practice. You will learn how your personality type moves in the world and how to use your yoga practice to manifest your highest self. You’ll also get a taste of how the enneagram corresponds with the modern chakra system, as well as a type-specific yoga practice. (You can sign up for one or both days. Day two is designed for those with previous yoga and enneagram experience or those who have previously attended a Yogi’s Guide to the Enneagram workshop.)
