Yoga for Anxiety

Our Yoga practice can counterbalance the stress and anxiety that takes a residence in the body and affects our presence in relationships. In this workshop we will explore yoga through mindfulness techniques, meditation, breathing, journaling, and teas to loosen the grip on the busy mind and its suffering.

As the busy holiday season approaches we can prepare ourselves by tuning in and listening to our needs. The workshop will encourage creating routines for you to weave ritually into your everyday to be more at peace and comfortable in your skin. Led by Brandi Jo Perkins, Yoga instructor and Herbalist.
