Yin Yoga & Mindfulness

Discover a world of yoga that focuses on balancing the body, mind and spirit. Welcome to the Quiet Practice – a meditative and restorative practice that opens the body on the subtlest level and teaches you mindfulness.

This workshop will focus on understanding what is Yin Yoga, how to practice it and delve deeper into its meditative qualities. We will learn about the benefits on a physical level – how it affects fascia tissues and organ health, as well as on a mindful level – the practice of mindfulness and loving kindness.

Iva has been teaching Yoga since 2002, with an emphasis on Yin and Mindful Flow. She has completed a Yin Training with Bernie Clark and has studied with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley. She brings her experience and her love of an Eastern mindset to her teachings.

Open to all level students seeking to explore, balance and live their Yoga!
