Prenatal Yoga: 4 Week Series

Pregnancy is a beautiful time in your life to begin or deepen your yoga practice. In this 4-week series you will build community with other mamas, connect to yourself and your baby through yoga asana, meditation and breath work, and learn how to adapt your practice to your body’s changes.

All levels and all trimesters welcome!

$125 for the full series
$35 for a single session
