Arm Balance Drills

This workshop provides and improves on a solid foundation for a safe and fun arm balance practice. We practice techniques and auxiliary drills to build the strength, mobility, and alignment components involved in basic arm and hand balancing poses. We also work on getting more comfortable with transitioning into and out of these poses so that you feel empowered and free to add them into your own practice.
