Pain free practice workshop with G'Nell Price

For many years, I thought yoga would stop hurting when I got “good” at it. If you have EVER had pain in pose, this workshop is for you! Pain does NOT mean that you are not flexible, or strong, or “good” enough at yoga. Pain is an indication that something needs to change. Often, a simple, but refined action, using principles of alignment can make a huge difference for not only creating the space you need in your body, but also reaching the next stage in the pose.

This two hour practice is an opportunity to learn alignment principles that can inform movement in every asana. We will work on basics and beyond. From forward folds to handstands and all the backbends in between! Come celebrate the moment when asana turns into more than movement and your heart sings. Delight as you tune into your true nature.
