The two polarities of yogic will reflect an ability to align and realign with the present moment in Practice while letting go of the results of great effort. In this intimate, 2 day intermediate intensive we will come together for puja, meditation, Vedic fire ceremony and asana in an effort to connect to the love of practice and the calling of our heart of hearts.
Sample schedule for each day:
- 9-9:45 puja ceremony and meditation
- 10-1:00 asana
- 1:00-3:00 lunch
- 2:30-5:00 contemplative practice

Setting an intention as we lay our mats down, we will flow together through heart and hip openers. We will challenge ourselves with inversions and arm balances. Most of all, we will check in with our hearts and minds. Begin your year with a challenging and lighthearted experience! Aligned flow with love in our hearts and light in our eyes!

Each new year presents us with new challenges sometimes leaving us feeling overwhelmed, anxious and exhausted. In the face of change, it is important to remain grounded and focused in order to feel empowered and capable of attaining our personal goals.
Awaken your inner warrior! In the first hour of this workshop you will be lead through breath work and a movement meditation warrior flow sequence designed to help you feel energized and empowered, preparing you to face challenges that come your way in the new year. Students can expect the first half of the asana practice to be a dynamic and energetic vinyasa practice with the remaining half of the practice closing in deep restorative poses to calm and prepare you for a 30-minute acupuncture enhanced savasana. Acupuncture treatment will focus on key acupuncture points that help to boost immunity and strengthen the system, while calming the heart and mind. Get ready to take on the New Year as we awaken the courageous and grounded warrior within!

Recover from the holidays (and 2016 in general) with an all-levels, two-hour, feel-good, full-body intentional and detoxifying flow!
You can expect a well-rounded Vinyasa class with extended warm up and cool down, elements of mindfulness yoga, guided meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises). We’ll have time to workshop poses with an open floor for questions and discussion. We’ll talk deeply about alignment and then how to go deeper than alignment.
In the end, we’ll send you into 2017 feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world with intentionality and delight. Show up for yourself; you deserve it.
The room will be warm, but not heated. Mats, towels, and water available. Free street parking.
